FATHER OF LINDA BEATENBO PASSES AWAY
Feb 1, 2013 – Harold Forrester, father of Linda Beatenbo (The Beatenbos) suddenly left this world today around 1:30PM today. His absence from this body created his presence with the Lord. In the statement made by Charlie Beatenbo he says, “Please share this with any of our church family’s around the country. Pray for Linda and her mom in this time.”
TRACY STUFFLE UPDATE:
Nashville TN – It’s reported that Tracy Stuffle who suffered a stroke earlier in the week, that again his blood pressure is spiking and his temperature has risen to 102. They have ice packs around him and cooling blanket on him. Test from blood cultures done came back showing there was no infection in the blood. Doctors are thinking it’s coming from his lungs. Libbi continues to be by his side sleeping when she can. We continue and encourage all to continue in your prayers for Tracy Stuffle and Libbi as well.
Gerald Crabb Hospitalized After a nighttime trip to the ER Gerald Crabb underwent surgery this morning for a ruptured appendix and is expected to be in the hospital for 3 – 4 more days. Keep Gerald in your prayers as well.
Chris Walton Joins Restored
Chris Walton, no stranger to the Gospel music field, as you know he sang lead for the legendary Melody Boys Quartet for the past 4 years all the way up to when Gerald retired the group. Chris will be filling the baritone position for Restored. Chris makes his home in Calera,AL
Dan Keaton To Depart Gold City
Gold City formally announces that Dan Keeton will be leaving the group to pursue a longtime dream of working with victims of child abuse. This leaves open the tenor position, and Gold City has begun the search for Dan’s successor. For those interested in applying for the tenor position with Gold City, demos and resumes will be accepted via email form to tenorauditions@me.com.
Father of Lynn Royce Taylor Passes Away
Funeral Services, a celebration of life, were held on January 4, 2013 for Raymond Taylor who is the father of renowned vocalist Lynn Royce Taylor. He passed away on January 1st after spending time in local hospital in Columbiana, Ohio. The family desires your prayers as they enter the new year with the loss of a father, husband and friend.
Journeymen Owner John Bledsoe Passes Away
December 30th, 2012 will go down as a day in Remembrance. The Journeymen Qt announced the passing of their owner Big John Bledsoe. He has been a blessing and an inspiration to many all over the United States. Funeral services were held on Wednesday January 2nd, 2012
The Journeymen have announce they will be taking the month of January off as they mourn the loss of a great friend, mentor, and father.

Larry Strickland of Palmetto State Quartet announced today that Paul Lancaster would no longer be appearing on stage with the group effective immediately. No other details were available.
